Rebuilding Hope:
Supporting Displaced Families in Lebanon

The war in Lebanon has left behind a devastating humanitarian crisis, forcing over a
million people to flee their homes in search of safety. Families who once lived in stability and
comfort are now facing unimaginable hardships, struggling to secure basic necessities like food,
shelter, and medical care. In response to this urgent need, the American Lebanese Families
Foundation (ALFF) launched the Rebuilding Hope initiative—a beacon of light in a time of
darkness.

On October 9, 2024, ALFF held a GoFundMe fundraiser to rally support for displaced
Lebanese families. With the collective generosity of our donors, we were able to extend aid in
the form of nutritious meals, temporary shelter, medical support, and essential resources to
those most affected. Every contribution, no matter the size, played a role in restoring dignity and
providing relief to families who have lost everything.

The fundraiser successfully concluded on December 5, 2024, with all funds directly
allocated to supporting Lebanese families in need. ALFF proudly partnered with Kelna Ayleh, a
Lebanese non-governmental organization dedicated to aiding the most vulnerable communities.
Since its founding in 2019, Kelna Ayleh has been on the front lines, working tirelessly to provide
relief amidst Lebanon’s worsening economic and humanitarian crises.

Together, we have delivered hope and comfort to displaced families, ensuring they

receive the care and support they deserve. But the work is far from over. Lebanon still needs us.

ALFF remains committed to standing by those who need us the most, continuing our mission of
unity, resilience, and unwavering support.

Let’s keep rebuilding hope—hand in hand, heart to heart.
